Learn Spanish in Mexico City

Experiencia fantástica: I had Arabela as my teacher online from March-November 2025 and have only the best things to say about her. She has a very gentle, warm, and creative teaching style. On top of that, she was extremely accommodating to my schedule adapting as needed to make our lessons work in the best ways for both of us. She provided me several resources and materials for homework, came up with challenging yet creative ways to "think" in Spanish, and always gave constructive criticism. After 6 months, I found myself reading Spanish confidently, and being able to hold basic conversations with friends. Part of my learning journey involved writing short fictional stories in Spanish to expand my vocabulary. Arabela was very supportive with these and made it a fun experience to brainstorm situations within the stories and helped me incorporate day to day conversation styles you'd find in Mexico. Apart from being a very effective teacher, she's a wonderful person and has a passion for learning languages herself. I plan to restart lessons with her in 2026. If you have the opportunity to have her as a teacher, take advantage! You won't be disappointed! Valió la pena!

Experiencia fantástica: We were looking for intensive Spanish classes for the 4 weeks we were planning to spend in CDMX.  Learn Spanish in Mexico City offered the flexibility and personalized instruction that were a good fit for us.  I was fortunate to be paired with Quetzal, an amazing instructor and a wonderful person besides.  Her knowledge of Mexican history, art and culture was on display in the City Tours we went on, she had fun and innovative ways to build listening and speaking skills and her command of the grammar was formidable.  Overall, it was a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Jonathan has been a fantastic teacher that not only is brilliant at teaching but is a great person that makes the classes fun. I look forward to the classes everyday and can tell my level is rapidly increasing. Jonathan caters all the classes and concepts to my level, but makes it flexible enough to where it feels like I am just talking to a friend. The school is very well run and the staff care about your experience and your learning. I recommend the school and Jonathan as a teacher for anyone wanting to increase their Spanish level no matter your starting point.

Experiencia fantástica: Daniela was a fantastic teacher for my one week of intensive Spanish lessons. I booked five days of six-hour lessons, and Daniela planned the time very well and efficiently. I had specific areas of grammar that I wanted to focus on, and she created well-designed lessons. My biggest takeaway was that I left with a strong understanding of the logical behind different grammar concepts. I give my strongest recommendation to others considering private lessons.
